How Our School-Based Programs Work
Our school-based apprenticeships and traineeships provide you with a comprehensive, structured, on-the-job training pathway that creates a strong start to a rewarding career.
We connect you with an employer who is looking for a new starter, and help you get ready for the role. Then, you get a clear training plan to guide you through your traineeship or apprenticeship, with a mix of hands-on and school-based training. As a Registered Training Organisation, we provide a range of opportunities to learn, grow and perfect the skills and capabilities you need in your job.
You get the chance to work each week, and get paid for it, while you grow your understanding of your chosen industry.
