Whether it’s climbing a ladder or operating on a seven-storey construction site, you need to be able to do it safely. Our nationally accredited Working at Heights training course teaches you the skills, capabilities, and behaviours needed to operate safely at any height.
Whether it’s working on a roof, operating an elevated work platform, or even being mindful of things falling, this gives you the skills and confidence to get the job done safely.

Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course participants will:
- Understand the health and safety legislative requires for working at any height.
- Know the necessary safety equipment, inspections, and work processes required to operate at heights.
- Be able to identify on-site hazards and control measures.
- Learn how to work safely at heights.
- Know how to communicate and report health and safety issues.
- Have the skills to respond to an emergency incident.
Course Requirements
To do this course, you will need:
- Enclosed footwear (steel caps if possible)
- Identification
- Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number

*Construction Training Fund (CTF) Eligibility
Construction Training Fund (CTF) rebates apply if eligible.
The CTF provides funding support for training of eligible workers in the construction industry. We acknowledge the support of the Construction Training Fund in reducing the costs of training for eligible workers.
To be eligible for CTF Funding you must:
- Be employed in an eligible construction industry
- Eligible construction industries are defined in the CTF Definition of Construction
- Be able to provide at least five (5) days of work no more than one (1) month prior to the course commencement date
- Talk to us upon enrolment in regard to your CTF funding application

Completion
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive:
- Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment
