How our recruitment services work
Apply – send us your resume, references, and any relevant qualifications.
We assess and match – our industry specialists review your details and connect you with suitable employers.
Interview support – if you’re shortlisted, we’ll help coordinate the interview process.
Induction and training – before starting, you’ll complete:
- A safety video and questionnaire
- Key workplace, OHS and onboarding information
- Medical checks if required
Start work – you’ll be employed by GetCareers, not the client, meaning you’re fully covered by workers’ compensation and public liability insurance, and we’ll continue supporting you throughout your placement.
