Our Evolution
Established in 1986, for most of our history we have been known as The Apprentice and Traineeship Company. Over four decades we have grown to become one of the South West’s largest training, education and employment providers, with offices and training centres in Bunbury, Busselton, Mandurah and Perth.
Since first opening our doors, our organisation has employed more than 13,500 apprentices and trainees, ensuring a steady supply of qualified personnel is available to power a diverse range of industries throughout the state. We have assisted thousands of young people in navigating the complex journey from school to work and supported them on their way to rewarding careers.
As our business has evolved, so has our brand. In 2025 we unveiled a refreshed, vibrant, modern look and a memorable new name that reflects the scope of our services and embodies our focus on the future.
