At GetCareers, we make sure that you’re looked after throughout your entire learning pathway. This is where our Field Officers come into play.
Meet our Field Officers
When you begin your apprenticeship or traineeship, you’ll partner with a Field Officer who will be your main point of contact throughout your learning journey. Our Field Officers provide comprehensive care and wellbeing support for every one of our apprentices and trainees. As well as providing regular scheduled check-ins, they’re available to make sure you’re getting what you need from your learning.
Your Field Officer acts as a mentor throughout your qualification – and you can reach out at any time that you need extra advice, care or assistance. They’re specially trained in mental health support, helping to create a psychological safety net that empowers our students to perform at their best – and you get peace of mind that you have someone to turn to whenever you need it.
Our Field Officers can also put you in touch with specialised counselling services if you require extra support.

By providing comprehensive care and wellbeing for our apprentices and trainees, we’re supporting our host employers, too. Our Field Officers are there to help you support your new hires, ensuring they get the support and guidance they need to deliver their best work and be a valuable part of your team.
This isn’t just about putting people into roles. It’s about making sure that our young people are supported in making it through their courses, and that they have the helping hand they need to get into a successful career.
