What happens after I’m offered an Apprenticeship or Traineeship?

When you’re offered an apprenticeship or traineeship, congratulations – you’ve got the job!

Once you accept the position, you attend an induction (if you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must attend with you). This helps to teach you more about the company, and ensure that you’re fully aware of the role and your performance expectations, as well as your responsibilities under your apprenticeship/traineeship agreement, our company policies, Health & Safety regulations, and legal requirements.

The induction process will include:

• A medical test
• Occupational Health & Safety requirements
• Administration details

Once you start, you’re given a three-month probation period. When you’ve completed that, you’re officially in the role.
